This project was the construction of one of the oldest and among the largest, “No Kill” animal shelters in the nation”. The project included construction of seven new structures and re-use of three existing structures, with associated roadways and parking. This project is in an agricultural setting.

This project involved the construction of a retail store and collection center with associated parking in a green fields area of a planned retail / business park.
 
Lieber State Recreational Area

Cloverdale, Indiana

  • Concept Site Planning, Topographic Survey, Civil Site Design, Stormwater Management, Roadway & Parking and Extensive Pool Deck Design.

The project includes the development of a family aquatic and recreation center, that consists of a large public pool, bath house, accessory structures, parking lot, access road and ancillary recreational facilities within an existing state park.
